So, another week in and the final day by which anyone could put their name forward in the SNP AW as election.

There are three candidates, Kate Forbes, Ash Regan and Humza Yousef.

Now it is patently obvious that Humza Yousef is the candidate most favoured by the Sturgeon cabal and mainstream unionist media. It is also very apparent that they will stop at nothing to foist their chosen candidate onto the SNP membership and in doing so, on the general electorate of Scotland as the chosen candidate will almost certainly become the first minister of the country.

Already there have been blatant attempts to influence polling in the National newspaper on behalf of Yousef. Closely followed by a smear campaign on Kate Forbes because of her religious beliefs.

The SNP leadership contest and the awful legacy of Sturgeon’s 8 wasted years

The ironic thing is that Kate is being criticized for being honest. Imagine a politician being honest? Wow, a revelation, and a marked difference between Kate and Nicola Sturgeon who found it difficult to put two words together without an “ I will have to get back to you” or “I can’t remember” or “ I cannot recall”.

Now Kate’s big sin was to state that she would probably not have voted for the same-sex marriage legislation in 2014. She was not even a politician then.

On the other hand, Humza Yousef was a politician then and deliberately asked his then boss Alex Salmond for permission to be absent from the vote because of pressure from his Mosque. So now you can see some rather disgusting double standards at play.

The gender reform bill that recently went through parliament saw Humza Yousef as a very staunch supporter, despite more than two-thirds of the Scottish population being against this awful piece of legislation. Whereas  Kate Forbs stated that she was against it, however, she was on maternity leave at the time and chose not to go into Holyrood to vote either way. That way she kept her job as a minister in the government.

So now, Ash Regan is the final contender for leader of the SNP and Ash is my choice for the leadership for the following reasons.

In the vote for the GRE bill, she voted against it and lost her job as a minister. Now that is standing by your principals. She made it very clear she thought the GR bill was an extremely bad piece of legislation and she was right.

In the launch of her leadership campaign today, she made it plain that she would ditch this pernicious legislation brought in by Nicola Sturgeon.

She also made it plain that if the greens did not agree with that then they were welcome to leave the government, which I hope they do.

The main thing she will campaign on believe it or not is independence, something the SNP under Sturgeon has not done in the last 8 years. Ash has a very clear route to independence.

Probably the most critical part of that is her willingness to involve the whole independence movement which marks a complete reversal of the awful vindictiveness of Sturgeon.

It is very obvious to me who the best candidate is, however, I am of the opinion that with Murrel, Sturgeon’s husband, (sort of) in charge of the voting procedure, there should be very close scrutiny of the process and I feel that the beneficiary of this very secret process which is open to abuse could be Humza Yousaf.

If I were any of the candidates ( except Yousaf) I would be putting out a warning of legal action and indeed the involvement of the police if voter fraud is suspected.

So, there we have it, the SNP in all their glory after Sturgeons wasted 8 years and a split in the independence movement caused by the actions of one woman.

This could be the opportunity we have all been waiting for, to see the yes movement come back together again.

So, Nicola Sturgeon resigned on Wednesday and the only remarkable thing about her resignation statement was that it took so long for her to get to the point of having to make it. She has been out of her depth ever since she became leader of the SNP and therefore First Minister of Scotland.

She was crowned Queen of the independence movement in the months following the independence referendum in 2014. She rode to power on a tidal wave of support for the SNP occasioned by the profound disappointment of losing the referendum. The SNP membership went from something like 15,000 to 120,000 within a very short time.

Now, this was not in any way because of Nicola Sturgeon and all to do with what her predecessor Alex Salmond had done in, against all odds, achieving an overall majority in the Scottish parliament and taking the country to a referendum.

There is a very large amount of the population in favour of independence and that is what Nicola Sturgeon has lived off ever since she came to power. She has to be one of the most successful con merchants in history, giving out copious amounts of carrots before every election, then immediately backtracking on her commitments as soon as the election was over.

Now, to all the people who have offered me an endless stream of abuse, threats, disgusting language, and accusations of being a unionist, for simply pointing out that Nicola sturgeon was not the person they thought she was, I have one thing to say to you.

I told you so, I was right, and you were wrong.

I have had to put up with the most disgusting and threatening behaviour by ardent Sturgeon cult members since I started warning that all was not well in Sturgeon’s leadership, and that was as far back as early 2015.

Nicola Sturgeon has done, not a single thing to bring independence any nearer from the day she was anointed until the happy day she resigned. She has presided over one policy disaster after the next, from ferries that are 5 years late and four times the original budget to her latest disaster, the Gender Recognition. Her performance over the  Covid pandemic was disgraceful, she appeared on our televisions every day, basically spouting the policy of Boris Johnston, with a one- or two-week tweak in the timings of lockdowns. At the start of the pandemic, she was responsible for removing infected elderly patients from hospitals and seeding care homes with these infected people causing the unnecessary deaths if thousands of elderly people.

Her actions during the pursuit of Alex Salmond were despicable and once it is known who the alphabet women are and their closeness to Sturgeon and Murrell it will be clear just where the conspiracy lay and who was responsible for it.

Now we have the contest for a new leader and mark my words it is in the process of being rigged. The contest has been cut down to 4 weeks which is a disgracefully short time for candidates to properly prepare for such an important position. To save you any bother I will tell you now who the new leader will be. It will be Angus Robertson, who, will be there to carry on Sturgeon’s crazy policies such as Gender Recognition.

The main reason for Angus Robertson’s coronation will be to prevent any investigations into Sturgeon’s tenure as first minister. That is the real reason for the machinations being carried out via Peter Murrel and the NEC.

 Once again, folks, you are being taken for the bunch of mugs you have been for the last 8 years and from where I am looking on it is not a pretty sight. The only way I can see around this is the call branch meetings and pass mass motions to have the NEC disbanded and new elections to take place before the leadership question can be debated.

Finally, there is more to this resignation than first meets the eye and I feel that in the coming weeks, this will be made clear. Many people are now saying that Sturgeon’s removal will now allow better integration of the independence movement. I honestly do not think this will be the case as Sturgeon’s legacy will be the conversion of a once proud political party to a cesspit of self-aggrandizement and vindictive persecution of truth-tellers ( ask Craig Murry)

As I have said in the past Sturgeon and her cabal of incompetents have all but destroyed the independence movement and there is no other alternative than to tear it all up and start again.

I do not want to be saying “I told you so” again in another 8 years.

The mess of Sturgeon’s Government, Stuart McDonald’s schoolboy mistake, Ukraine.

So, another week in and an exciting week it was in Scottish politics. Recently the Scottish government passed the Gender recognition bill, which among other things permitted people who wish to be different sex other than that of birth, to simply self-identifying. Yes, quite simply if you want to change your sex then you simply called yourself a man or woman whichever the case may be.

To make matters worse they rejected an amendment to stop those suspected of or convicted of, sex crimes from using this immensely stupid law to, manipulate the criminal justice system to their own advantage.

So there we had it, a law that took 6 years to prepare and in doing so gaslighted the general population into believing this law was benign and would not make a lot of difference to existing laws. This meant that the policy the Scottish government had adopted by stretching the credibility of the equalities act, of allowing biological sex offending men to self-ID as women, thereby gaining access to women’s prisons, was supposed to be normalised.

What on Earth could possibly go wrong? Well, just about everything and that is exactly what happened last week when one man was found guilty of two rapes and on his way to Barlinnie prison, was diverted when someone in the Scottish government discovered that during his trial, he had self-identified as a woman.

Two days after that another inmate guilty of numerous offences also self-identified as a woman and was about to be transferred to a women’s prison.

This caused a huge outcry on social media, forcing the Scottish government to panic and change its mind several times on what actually constitutes a woman. Nicola Sturgeon actually said when asked to define the rapist’s sex that she did not know as she did not have sufficient information!! My god, we have a first minister who does not know what a woman is or a man for that matter. This should have been a resignation matter.

Probably, the reason she is not resigning is that she has so many skeletons in her ministerial cupboard, that she has to remain in power for as long as she can to keep a lid on it.

Now no sooner had these two examples happened but another transgender woman/man was accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old child.

These past two weeks have driven a coach and horses through the Scottish government’s Gender reform act, which, by the way, has been blocked by the UK government because of issues with encroachment on UK law and in particular the equality act.

Nicola Sturgeon is acting like a crazy woman and has to be removed from power before she does any more damage to the credibility of the country.

Stuart McDonald, the SNP MP with the intellect of a 10-year-old school boy.

Stuart Mc Donald is the SNP spokesman on defence and an ardent arse licker of the well-known criminal, London property developer and Nazi enabler, Zelensky. Well, he made an announcement the other day that his emails had been hacked by, guess who? Russia. Now why Russia would have any interest in a second-rate politician with the mind of a school child is anyone’s guess but the point of both Stuart’s admissions is to try to convince everyone of two things, none of which is credible, and that is one, he is important enough to interest Russia, and two, that the bad Russians will change his emails to show he has been doing a lot of bad things.

So tell you what Stuart, why don’t you just hand your hard drive over to the police and they can see exactly what you have been writing and to whom, knowing the SNP at the moment they might also find some other stuff that would be of interest to them?

The fact is that Russia never had anything to do with the downloading of his emails. His emails have been breached by the simplest of schoolboy attempts at phishing where he was sent an email asking for his login details and he supplied them. Probably some bored school kid.

Unfortunately for Stuart, Craig Murry has received the whole cache of them, and it will be an interesting few days ahead if they are published.

Yes indeed, not a good week for the SNP in Holyrood or Westminster.

Briefly, Ukraine , Russia is winning against the Nazi Ukrainian government and their Kapo leader ( look it up) together with the might of NATO ( the US) who are providing intelligence ( with a small i) logistics, and very advanced target marking and designation.  Ukraine, to date, have lost in the region of 350,000 troops and is now conscripting 16-year-olds. As I said at the beginning of this conflict ( well not actually the beginning which was in 2014 when Ukraine started a genocidal war against the seceding Donbas region) the US will fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.

OK so enough of the doom and gloom and the comedy show that is the Scottish government now ( anyone in the Western Isles waiting on a ferry to arrive?)  It is Friday night and time for a pint in Mennies.
